Booking / Payment FAQs

I am not a student; can I join to the trips nevertheless?

Most of our participants are students however this is not a restriction for us. The age limit is from 6 to 55 years old. If you want to bring an older person, a young person has to accompany the older person during the whole trip. 

You do not have to be student to join the trips.

Why should I provide you with my personal info?

We require some information to contact you before and after the trips when needed. E-mail, phone number etc. are for this matter. Birth of date, birth place etc. are for hotels/hostels and international transitions that may require police search.

 

Is there a deadline for reservation?

Generally there is no fixed deadline for the reservation since we keep selling tickets until all places are booked.

 
 

Is it possible to join a tour in a city that is not on the departure list?

There are two options. First, you may come to the closest departure city and join the trip. Second option is that, if there are more than 12 people who want to join the trip from the same city that is not on our departure list. In this case you should contact us as soon as possible, in order to make necessary arrangements. If neither of these options suitable for you, unfortunately it is not possible to join the trip since we plan our trips on the basis of city demand.

I am planning to join with friend(s), is it possible to be in the same bus?

If you and your friend(s) join the trip from the same city, you will most probably be on the same bus. However, we recommend that you reserve your seats together so that our system recognizes you as a group. If you and your friend(s) are traveling from different cities, we cannot guarantee that you will travel together on the same bus or stay in the same accommodation in the event of a multi-day trip.

 

Do we get a confirmation after the payment?

Credit card and PayPal payments are promptly transferred to bank accounts. Therefore we send a confirmation email as soon as we receive the payment (might take about 3 working days).

Is that possible to use the same bank account to pay for more than one person?

Yes, it is. The only requirement is that every one of  you should mention his/her own information under the particular section.

I did complete payment but I have not received a confirmation email?

Bank transfers generally take some time to complete. After making payment please check your inbox and spam box. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the payment. If the transfer time has passed and you still have not received a confirmation, please contact us immediately.

 

Can I change my city of departure? If yes how?

Contact us via email (info@yelofun.com). If possible we will change it.

 

I will not be able to attend to the trip how can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

For this matter please check the terms and conditions section to get more information about refund and cancellation policy.

 

Can I transfer/sell my ticket to someone else? If yes how?

Yes you can, in order to do that you need to send us an email by mentioning the reservation number and personal details of the new person. Bear in mind that you will be asked to pay change of 20 PLN when you get in the bus.

 

What is the VISA requirement to be able to join the trips?

You should have one of the travel documents listed below with you during your travel.To avoid any inconvenience to the group, these documents will be checked by YELOFUN staff before boarding the bus.Passengers who do not meet this requirement will not be allowed to board the bus and their tickets will be cancelled.

 – EU Nationals: VALID PASSPORT or ID CARD.

 – Other Nationalities: VALID PASSPORT and RESIDENCE/ STAY PERMITS (Some nationalities are exempted from requiring a visa in Schengen region).

What is the baggage allowance?

For one day trips you are allowed to bring 1 pc of hand baggage (max. 40cm*30cm*10cm, max 8kg).

 

For multi-day trips you are allowed to bring along with the hand baggage 1 pc of extra check in  baggage(max. 55cm*40cm*20cm, max 15kg)

In case your luggage does not meet the requierment you will be charged extra 50 PLN before getting in the bus.

For your convenience and comfort, we recommend you to travel with minimum luggage.
